Shipping Policy

Every item in Montibon's 3D Emporium is made to order — we print your piece after you place your order.

Production time

Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and inspection before your order ships. Custom-painted pieces may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Shipping times & rates

Shipping times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier service you select. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order changes

Because each piece is printed to order, changes or cancellations are only possible before printing begins. Contact us as soon as possible at Montibon_3d_Emporium@hotmail.com if you need to change your order.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a reprint or replacement.
