Refund & Return Policy — Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All items at Montibon's 3D Emporium are printed to order, which means production begins after you place your order.
Custom-painted items (3D Customizer)
Because each piece is printed in the colors you selected, these are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for color preference reasons. Please double-check your color choices before checkout.
Defects & print failures
If your item arrives damaged, has a significant print defect, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll reprint or refund at our discretion.
Standard (non-custom) items
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping costs. Buyer covers return shipping.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before printing begins (typically within 24 hours of ordering). Once printing has started, cancellations are not available.
Production time
Made-to-order items are printed within 3–5 business days. This is production time only and doesn't include shipping transit.
